Swiss Language Group SA (Place de la Gare 11a, Lausanne, 1003) ensures proper processing of personal data. This online data protection declaration (hereinafter referred to as the "privacy declaration") outlines how we process personal data collected when visiting our website.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective since May 25, 2018, and the updated Swiss Data Protection Act (nLPD) effective since September 1, 2023, Swiss Language Group SA informs you that by accessing the Swiss French School website - swissfrenchschool.ch - and any of its pages, you acknowledge that we collect and use personal data as stated in this privacy declaration and terms of use.

We will not sell, rent, distribute, or make your contact or other data available to a third party.
Email Storage
All incoming and outgoing electronic messages are protected by legal, technical, and organizational measures. They can only be accessed in justified cases in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., court order, suspicion of criminal behavior, breach of regulatory obligations, and substantial breach of employment contract). Access is granted only to employees in defined functions (e.g., litigation, legal, compliance, risk). The steps of the process and the search criteria used are pre-defined. All emails are deleted after a limited period of time. If you do not wish for Swiss Language Group SA to retain private emails, we strongly advise you not to send non-professional private emails to Swiss Language Group SA email accounts.
Data Security and Privacy
Swiss Language Group SA applies and ensures that service providers implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized access and any other form of unlawful processing. Child Protection
